ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The Irvine office of Taylor Morrison Inc., a homebuilder, is up for sale. Taylor Morrison leases space at WWM Cushing Properties LLC-owned 15 Cushing, an office building measuring 26,799 square feet in the Irvine Spectrum.
The Laguna Beach-based private investor has listed the property for nearly $6.4 million or about $240 per square foot. Taylor Morrison will move out from the building when its lease terminates in June.
