BOSTON-Oak Brook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Group has hired CB Richard Ellis to market its Class A office complex measuring 185,200 square feet at 250 Royall St. in Canton. The company purchased the Royall Street property in 2005 from an associate of Kansas City-based DST Systems Inc. for $68.8 million.
Inland secured a $44.5-million mortgage to complete the deal. The loan seems to be a principal reason for the company to sell the property. The building is fully leased to Computershare Ltd.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
