NEW YORK CITY-Crown Art Gallery, which has been occupying space at 1609 Broadway for the past 20 years, is opening its second location in Broadway. The gallery has inked a lease for 10 years for 2,100 square feet of space at 421 West Broadway.

The asking rent for the space was $195 per square foot. Peter Braus and Peter Levitan of Sierra Realty negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the property owner.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
