SAN DIEGO-Urban Property Group of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has closed three lease deals at Paseo Carlsbad, a 75,000-square-foot center in North San Diego County. Road Runner Sports Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 5,243 square feet; Nutrition Zone has leased 972 square feet; and T-Mobile has leased 1,645 square feet at the center.
