DALLAS-The DeSoto Economic Development Corp. has purchased an 18.7-acre raw land to construct a new heliport for commercial and private use. The project is located at the corner of Kestrel Avenue and East Danieldale Road.
The new heliport will be closer to the intersection of Hampton Road and I-20. Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC represented the buyer, while Dallas-based NAI Robert Lynn represented Mahan Investment, the previous owner of the land.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
