CHICAGO-Georgetown Co., a real estate firm based in New York, has purchased the State Street Old Navy store at 35 N. State St. in Chicago. The firm has acquired the Old Navy building spanning 45,000 square feet from a group of executives from Recycled Paper Greetings Inc. for $23 million or about $511 per square foot.
