ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc. has negotiated a new lease deal for a retail space in Orlando. Liquids has inked a lease for five years and four months for the retail space measuring 4,050 square feet at Longwood Lakes Shopping Center located at 664 S. US 17-92 in Longwood.
The tenant has leased the space from Stenick Partners, LP. Jim Gruber with Quest Company negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
