SAN DIEGO-MCR Office has acquired an office building measuring 14,883 square feet at 4455 Murphy Canyon Road from San Diego Business Solutions for $2,300,000. The new owner has plans to remodel the property for Executive Suites called CanyonView Biz Center.
The office suites will measure up to 2,000 square feet. Longtime East County will relocate its headquarters into the office building once the remodeling is complete. The Executive Suites project will be completed by April.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
