HOUSTON- NAI Houston and CB Richard Ellis have closed a lease deal at Lakes on Post Oak. Pacific Drilling has signed the lease agreement with Crocker Partners to expand its space in the building.
The company has leased 4,721 square feet at the three-building complex situated adjacent to the Galleria. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by NAI Houston's Kelly Torian and Jon Silberman, while the landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Rima Shpolyansky and Cody Armbrister.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
