SAN DIEGO-San Diego-based Presidio Residential Capital has recently financed a 24-home development in La Jolla. The company has given a loan amounting $10.5 million to Zephyr La Jolla Investors LLC.

Zephyr is planning to develop La Jolla Townhomes on Pearl Street located at Herschel Avenue in La Jolla. The development will include 24 townhomes. Zephyr will use the loan to purchase the land and to complete demolition as well as construction at the site.
