LOS ANGELES-The new Playa Vista office complex, being developed by Wayne Ratkovich, may look similar to Google's Mountain View. According to Ratkovich Co., the complex will come up in a 28-acre campus within the Playa Vista community.
First phase of the $50-million project is underway. The project will turn 11 buildings into a 530,000-square-foot studio and office space. Ratkovich has partnered with Penwood Real Estate Investment Management to develop the project.
