DENVER-An ownership led by Paul Books with Palisades Partners LLC has sold Springdale Apartments, a residential building consisting of 18 units at 1418 Adams St. in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver, to a limited liability company. The property was sold for $1.12 million or about $62,222 per apartment.
The new owner has plans to improve the property. Jim Lorenzen and Greg Johnson from Denver-based Cornerstone Apartments Inc. represented the limited liability company in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
