MEMPHIS-Memphis-based Universal Asset Management Inc. is relocating its warehouse facilities to Tupelo Regional Airport in Tupelo, Mississippi from Walnut Ridge and Pocahontas, Arkansas. The company will lease a facility measuring 450,000 square feet at Tupelo Lee Industrial Park South for its inventory management operations.
UAM's new facility in Tupelo will have a hanger spanning 16,000 square feet and a 39-acre apron and ramp space. The Mississippi Development Authority has provided help for the project through the incentive program, Momentum Mississippi.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
