MIAMI-Colliers International South Florida has closed first lease deal at One Seventeen Professional Arts Center. VITAS Healthcare Corporation has leased 15,404 square feet at the 65,000-square-foot Class A office building situated at 11731 Mills Drive in Miami.
The leased space will be used as administrative offices for VITAS. The Class A office project, which includes a four-story office building and a medical/office condominium, is owned by TIAA-CREF.
