MIAMI-Capital Commercial Group has brokered a new lease deal for a warehouse and office space in Miami. Welch Allyn has signed a lease for three years for 25,000 square feet at International Corporate Park situated at 10205 NW 19th St. in Doral.
The business park, which sits on a 300-acre site, comprises more than 4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. The newly leased space will be used as offices for Welch Allyn's Latin America operations.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
