HOUSTON-Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis have negotiated a new lease deal for an office space in Houston. Westpark Communications has signed a lease for 8,061 square feet of office space at the Centre at Cypress Creek at 20475 Texas 249.
The corporate campus sits on a 40-acre parcel. The tenant was represented by Charles Fertitta with Colliers International, while PCA Cypress Creek, the landlord, was represented by Steve Rocher and Cody Armbrister with CB Richard Ellis in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
