CHICAGO-Tinley Park-based American Sale has decided to lease 41,728 square feet of space at 310-300 Army Trail Road in west suburban Carol Stream. The retailer will occupy the former Bassett Furniture store in the retail building measuring 98,000 square feet.
The new store, expected to be opened in May, will be the eighth location for the retailer in the Chicago area. Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, an affiliate of Chicago-based Blue Vista Capital Management LLC.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
