BRADENTON, FL-Fort Myers-based LandQwest Commercial has negotiated a lease deal for a retail space in Bradenton. Big Lots has signed a lease for 39,795 square feet at Cortez Commons Shopping Center situated on Cortez Road.
Big Lots has leased the old Publix location from MLG Commercial, the owner of the property. Improvements are underway on the center located at 5584 Cortez Road.
