TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a hotel in Georgia. A financial institution has sold the Country Inn & Suites, an interior-corridor hotel consisting of 51 rooms at 5970 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in Norcross, for an amount of $1,365,000.
The hotel was constructed in 1999 and improved in 2007. Jonathan S. Ruprai and John Leonard from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office and Atlanta office, respectively, handled the deal on behalf of the financial institution.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
