SAN DIEGO-Colliers International and Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial have closed the sale of an industrial building in San Diego. DEI, LLC has sold the industrial building spanning 67,718 square feet at 1709 La Costa Meadows Drive in San Marcos to NV Chartwell Investments LP for an amount of $6.35 million.
