NAPLES, FL-The Shoppes at Vanderbilt, LLC, an investment partnership based in Texas, has purchased The Collection at Vanderbilt, a shopping center measuring 226,000 square feet at the northwest corner of Airport Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, from the previous lenders of the property. Raton-based Woolbright Development was the previous owner of the center.
