MIAMI-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed a new lease deal for a warehouse space in Miami. Allied Caribbean Distribution has signed a long-term lease with Chicago-based Lincoln Advisory Group for 45,700 square feet at Medley Distribution Center, a 250,000-square-foot building at 11000 NW 92nd Terrace in Flagler Station Business Park, Miami.
Allied Caribbean Distribution will move this spring from Doral to Flagler Station Business Park. Steve Medwin, Harry E. Wardell and Nick Wigoda of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
