
MIAMI-Capital markets professionals from Jones Lang LaSalle have secured $60 million in senior mortgage loan to finance LaSalle Investment Management's purchase of Miami Tower, a 47-story, 600,959-square-foot tower in Miami. LIM purchased the property in an all-cash proceeding in December 2010.
The firm secured the floating-rate mortgage loan through Natixis. David Hendrickson and Chuck Hoag of Jones Lang LaSalle handled the transaction. Miami Tower, the Energy Star certified building, includes a retail arcade on the ground floor.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
