NEW YORK CITY-Milan-based Piero Guidi is opening its first US store. The company has inked a lease for 10 years with United Land for 1,800 square feet of space at 430 W. Broadway situated between Prince and Spring streets.

A 1,800-square-foot basement was also included in the deal. Asking rent was $350 per square foot. The retailer will replace Jaime Mascaro in the SoHo location and will open its West Broadway store this summer.
