NEW YORK CITY-Sprout has inked a lease for two months at 423 W. Broadway situated between Prince and Spring streets. The watch brand will occupy 950 square feet on the ground floor and 600 square feet on the basement.
The asking rent for the ground-floor space was $284 per square foot. Sprout will open the store on April 15. Peter Levitan with Sierra Realty Corp. represented both the tenant and the landlord entities, 574 Realty and 609 Realty, in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
