SARASOTA, FL-Thomas D. Wood and Company, a member of Strategic Alliance Mortgage LLC, has secured $6,350,000 in financing for Tamarac Center and Shoppes of Atlantis. Brad Cox secured $3,400,000 in financing through the company's association with The Standard for the Shoppes of Atlantis, a 70,104-square-foot retail center at 5805-5949 South Congress Ave. in Atlantis.
