RALEIGH, NC-Belgium-based Umicore is enlarging its US headquarters space in Raleigh. The company is planning to move from Magnolia Building to 3600 Glenwood building towards the end of June.
Umicore has signed a contract with Raleigh-based Highwoods Properties to lease 15,200 square feet of office space at the 78,000-square-foot Glenwood Avenue building. KW Commercial North Raleigh/Rich Commercial Realty's owner, Michelle Rich Goode, represented the tenant, while John Hogan of Highwoods represented the landlord in-house in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal.
