NEW YORK CITY-Wind-Products is moving from 160 Varick Street to 20 Jay Street. The company has signed a lease for five years with Two Trees, the landlord, for 2,972 square feet at 20 Jay Street.
The tenant will occupy the ninth floor of the high-rise office building. The asking rent for the space in low $20s per square foot.
