NEW YORK CITY-Ark Restaurants has inked a 10,530-square-foot lease to open an upscale restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. The unnamed restaurant will be situated on Tenth Avenue in the base of an 835-unit rental building developed by TF Cornerstone at 505 W. 37th Street. The asking rent for the retail areas in the tower was $40 per square foot.
