BROOKFIELD, WI-Milwaukee-based Marcus Corp.'s mixed-use proposal has received approval from the Brookfield Plan Commission. The planned retail development spanning 605,000 square feet will comprise 225,000 square feet of office area and 380,000 square feet of retail area, which will be anchored by a Von Maur department store measuring 150,000 square feet.
