PITTSBURGH-Health services firm, CIGNA has expanded its lease in the seven-story Parkway West building located at 2000 Park Lane. The company has signed a lease for 90,223 square feet for 12 years and two more leases for 10 years.
With these deals, CIGNA will occupy about 132,985 square feet in the 236,140-square-foot building. Jeremy Kronman of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner, Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II.For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times.
