MEMPHIS-Emerald Apartment Group has acquired three apartment complexes in Southeast Memphis from Hallmark Capital. The three complexes named Emerald Square, Emerald Pointe and Emerald Park were sold for a total amount of $10 million. The average apartment size of Emerald Pointe is 1,402 square feet, while that of Emerald Park is 969 Square feet and Emerald Square is 1,600 square feet.
