HONOLULU-The Hawaiian Homes Commission has given approval to DeBartolo Development to construct a regional mall's first phase in West Oahu. The mall will sit on a part of a site spanning 67 acres.
The mixed-use shopping center measuring 1.5 million square feet will be called as Ka Makana Alii. The first phase will comprise a drugstore, a supermarket and a neighborhood convenience center.
