CORAL GABLES, FL-Miami-based Holly Sime Realty has negotiated two lease transactions in Miami. Dreamwater has leased 8,000 square feet in the Aventura Business Park.
In another transaction, Lime Fresh Mexican Grille has signed a lease for seven years with NKW Biscayne Investments, LLC for 3,750 square feet at 4770 Biscayne Blvd. Zack Winter with Holly Sime Realty represented the landlord in the Aventura Business Park lease, and Bert Checa, also of Holly Sime, represented NKW Biscayne Investments in the transactions.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
