NEW YORK CITY-Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders has extended and added another 10,340 square feet to its headquarters located at 333 Seventh Avenue. With this new deal, the nonprofit humanitarian medical relief organization now occupies the full second floor and a part of the third floor for 10 more years.
The asking rent for the 410,334-square-foot tower owned by Samco Properties was $30 per square foot. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Post.
