WASHINGTON, DC-The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is planning to renew its lease at an office building located at 6432 General Green Way in Alexandria. The agency has occupied about 147,000 square feet of space called as "Ops Center" at the office tower owned by Cafferty Commercial Real Estate Services.
The Ops Center will accommodate nearly 600 SEC contractors and staff that include employees from a satellite office located at 5301 Shawnee Road in Alexandria.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
