DURHAM, NC-Six new tenants have leased at American Underground, the basement area in American Tobacco Complex in Durham allocated for early-stage companies. Zetta Worldwide Tech, Sustainable Industrial Solutions, N.C. IDEA and IDEA Fund Partners, Smashing Boxes and Themis Media are the new tenants.
