MIAMI-Retailers, Roy Teeluck Salon and Texas de Brazil Express have inked new leases at Southeast Financial Center. The 1.2-million-square-foot tower is located at 200 South Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenants in both deals.
