JACKSONVILLE, FL-Regency Centers has closed a 1,400-square-foot retail space lease at Oakleaf Commons shopping center in Jacksonville. Allstate Insurance Company will occupy the space at the 73,717-square-foot shopping center situated at 1075 Oakleaf Plantation Parkway in Orange Park.
