NEW YORK CITY-The Children's Aid Society has appointed Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to market its three properties located in Greenwich Village on Sullivan Street. The properties, together called as the Philip Coltoff Center, comprise two towers with a total area of 51,000 square feet at 209-219 Sullivan Street and a 6,000-square-foot, three-level community condominium.
