ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed two leases at the Central Florida Research Park located in east Orlando. In the first deal, the company represented the lessee, Saab Training USA LLC who expanded its total lease at 2602 Challenger Tech Court from 28,031 square feet to 31,987 square feet.
In the second deal, AAI Corporation subleased its 10,811 square feet at Suite 110, 2603 Challenger Tech Court to Carley Corporation. NAI Realvest represented the sub-landlord in this deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
