DALLAS-The new Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center in East Dallas is officially opened to the public. The 10-floor facility spanning 459,717 square feet sits on a five-acre land leased from Baylor. Baylor Health System is the anchor tenant that occupies 252,977 square feet. Another tenant, Texas Oncology has occupied 172,932 square feet.
The lingering space is allocated for affiliated physicians. Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. Inc. and Duke Realty were the developers of the facility.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
