LOUISVILLE, KY-Summit Development Inc. has started work on a new senior housing complex in Louisville. The proposal, called as Brookstone Senior, requires an investment of $8 million. The project will comprise 56 two-bedroom units for senior having an income less than 60% of the region's median.
The city of Louisville will offer a loan worth $150,000 for the project and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co. will finance the remaining amount. The facility is slated for operation by the end of 2011.For the full story, go to Business First.
