MAITLAND, FL-Paylocity Corporation has expanded its lease at Primera Court I, a Class A office building located at 725 Primera Blvd. in Lake Mary. The company has occupied additional 2,670 square feet in the tower where it has already leased 5,340 square feet, bringing the total area occupied by the company in the tower to 8,010 square feet.
