AUSTIN, TX-TIG Real Estate Services has closed four leases totaling 12,833 square feet on behalf of the owner of an office building located at 1524 I-35. Assisting Hands Home Care has inked a 1,806-square-foot lease and Austin Universal Entertainment has signed a 1,948-square-foot lease, while U.S. Security Associates has inked a 2,187-square-foot lease.
