ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed two deals totaling over 15,000 square feet in the Orlando region. The company represented Najla Properties LLC in the purchase of a 9,147-square-foot building situated at 1090 Kensington Park Drive in Altamonte Springs from Gloria Holdings, LLC, for $1,590,000. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the deal.
