MILWAUKEE-Careers Industries has acquired a 55,000-square-foot vacant space in Westgate Mall situated in Racine from Park Ridge, Illinois-based Heritage Realty Partners Inc. for $1.3 million. The organization will turn the vacant portion into a production facility.
The organization has outgrown its current building measuring 26,000 square feet at 3502 Douglas Ave. After completing a $1.9-million interior improvement, Careers Industries will relocate into its new location at Westgate.
