HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis has brokered two lease deals in Houston. James Avery Craftsman has signed a lease renewal deal with SCI Price Plaza Fund for 3,000 square feet of space at the Price Plaza Shopping Center at 20260 Katy Freeway.
In another deal, Champions Dance Rhythm has signed a lease for 3,141 square feet of space at Vintage Park situated near Louetta Road and Texas 249. Alex Makris, Andrew Kelson, Jazz Hamilton and Matt Keener from CB Richard Ellis represented the landlords.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
