HOUSTON-Keller Williams and AmReit have negotiated a new lease deal for a retail space in Houston. Dive Zone has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet of space in Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center located at FM 518 and Texas 288 in Pearland.
Dive Zone has leased the retail space from AmReit SPF Shadow Creek. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Keller Williams' Sandy Viveiros, while the landlord was represented by AmReit's Neal Wade.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
