HOUSTON-S.E. Covington and PM Realty Group have negotiated a lease renewal agreement for an office space in Houston. French Engineering has renewed its lease with Jaguar Investors, the landlord, for 7,126 square feet of office space at One Northchase Park located at 4201 FM 1960 West.
In the deal, the tenant was represented by Craig Leibold and Scott Covington with S.E. Covington, while Livy Romo and Marci Phillips with PM Realty Group represented the property owner.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
